Ally Dawson is  Master Aesthetician licensed in DC, Maryland, Virginia and New York with over a decade of experience. She specializes in advanced, results-driven skincare with a holistic touch. As a Glacial Skin and Alastin Ambassador/KOL Speaker, Ally is known for her customized combination treatments targeting texture and pigmentation across all skin types and tones. Founder of Face First Studio in Falls Church Virginia, she designed a space to bridge the gap between clinical innovation and intentional, restorative care.

An award-winning cosmetic chemist and speaker, science communicator, educator, leader, and avid proponent of transparency in the beauty industry, Valerie George formulates for and lends expertise to beauty brands as CEO and Chief Creator at Simply Formulas. Previously, she worked on the latest research in hair care and hair color formulations as Executive Vice President of R&D at a leading salon brand, where she simultaneously oversaw R&D, regulatory, quality, packaging and manufacturing. Valerie is currently a national board member for the Society of Cosmetic Chemists and was the past chair for their Committee on Scientific Affairs. She additionally volunteers on the Governance and Regulatory Committees for the Independent Beauty Association. With more than 15 years of beauty industry experience as an ingredient expert, she is a contributing writer at Happi Magazine and is the co-host of The Beauty Brains podcast, recently listed as the top beauty podcast by the New York Times

Delaney’s expertise ranges from Managing Partner, to a practicing skin expert, with a background in tourism and hospitality. Delaney received her degree from Bowling Green State University, and went on to the Ohio State University School of Cosmetology for her Advanced Aesthetics license. With over 6 years of dedicated experience, Delaney has become a master in addressing complex skin concerns, including rosacea, pigmentation, acne, and overall skin vitality. Her approach is not just skin-deep; but delves into the intricate balance between internal health and external beauty. Her comprehensive method includes an in-depth analysis of factors that impact skin health, such as hormonal imbalances, stress, product interactions, and lifestyle influences. Drawing from her personal journey of managing chronic rosacea, Delaney brings empathy and insight into each treatment, understanding the profound impact skin conditions can have on one's life.

Aside from her experience in the aesthetics industry, Delaney has years of combined experience with the Walt Disney Company. It’s no secret that Disney exemplifies what it means to have top of the line guest service. She ties this experience back to medical aesthetics to bring a unique take on the patient journey.

Ashley Powers has been a driving force in the aesthetic industry since 2010 and has been with SpaDerma since 2014. As the Education Director since 2019, she has trained and mentored over 100 aestheticians across all SpaDerma locations and other Chicago medspas. Her commitment to education extends to collaborating and hosting skin care seminars with Alastin, Skinbetter, Neocutis Sciton and PCA. In 2022, Ashley contributed to a white paper study with Hydrafacial, published in 2023, which has been shared throughout Hydrafacial accounts to enhance understanding of combining hydrafacial treatments with advanced aesthetic services. 2025 brought two aesthetic panel invites from Alastin and PCA and in 2026 Ashley was accepted to the Skinceuticals Professional Aesthetician program. Lastly, Ashley is working towards the launch of The Collective, an advanced aesthetic education center aimed at fostering community, learning, and growth among both new and seasoned professionals. From engagements to weddings and family milestones, Ashley cherishes the relationships forged through skincare appointments. Her approach involves personalized treatment plans that cater to each client’s unique needs, always pushing the boundaries of what's possible in aesthetics. Outside of her professional life, Ashley is a devoted mother to two daughters and is happily married to her high school sweetheart. She enjoys concerts, spending time with extended family, practicing Pilates, and hosting dinner parties, all of which reflect her vibrant and fulfilling lifestyle.

Gina Thompson is a licensed esthetician with over 25 years of experience in the medical aesthetics industry. As the National Education Manager for HydroPeptide, Gina leads the development and execution of high-impact training programs designed to drive measurable growth through strategic onboarding, professional education and results-driven curriculum design.  She is passionate about the advancement of regenerative aesthetics and believes happy, informed patients and consumers are the foundation of sustainable success.
